Eucalyptus Pauciflora
Eucalyptus Pauciflora, or Snow Gum is a tree native to our area here in the Snowy Mountains and Monaro area.
The unique characteristics of this tree are the reason behind my choice of name I chose for my Yoga School.
The Snow Gum adapts to the environment in which it is growing. It can be tall or not so tall, it is able to withstand the severe seasons in this region, it is strong under pressure of snowfall, the limbs and trunk can take on amazingly beautiful shapes, it can grow and prosper in many varied soil conditions. Each tree is unique. The colours range from silver grey to brown, orange and red.
The analogy is the fact that Yoga practice can help us to be strong, resilient, flexible and uniquely beautiful in our own way.
